DOUG BEAN
Doug has lived a life dedicated to music. An acclaimed songwriter, vocalist and accomplished guitarist Doug’s musical career has seen him be a longstanding member of S.A supergroup Henry Ate as well guitarist and songwriter alongside S.A. greats such as Wendy Oldfield. Doug has also teamed up with the likes of Tamara Dey and Kid Fouque to round out the variety of his musical skills.
LIONEL NAIDOO
Completing the duo on double bass with his smooth, sultry vocals is Lionel Naidoo, a Wits graduate and talented Jazz musician, Lionel is a magnetic performer with an infectious love of his craft. His eclectic musical taste and experience playing with bands such as Devil’s Cartel and The Cokestrokes gives Lionel’s playing, loops and vocals an edge and character unique to The Rocketeers.
